But that’s way easier said than done because your brain feels like it’s protecting you from uncertainty and being productive as it solves your problems. But we can treat rumination, so you can be present, get better sleep, and calm down the mind chatter.

I created this rumination group, because there’s a lot people don’t understand about looping thoughts.
They’re not strategic and productive– even though your brain really thinks it’s doing you a favor.
They’re not going to protect you from the future– even though it feels like contingency plan A-Z is warding off all potential bad surprises.
They’re not making you a good thinker– because these thoughts are hurting you more than they’re helping you.
When you’re in a rumination spiral, your brain wins when you stay stuck. You win when you break the cycle, not think more.
When you treat your rumination, you can experience true mental quiet, ditching the drained and disconnected reality you’ve gotten used to.
I do this in a group setting, so you can feel less alone. Rumination happens in every anxiety disorder and by addressing it, you can get the mental freedom you’ve been wanting for a while now.
